BTTC named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2024

We are thrilled to announce that BTTC has been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing.

The Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list focuses on employees’ holistic experiences of wellbeing at work, including work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, social support, job satisfaction and financial security, to reveal the best workplaces for wellbeing in the UK.

Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to creating a consistent and overwhelmingly positive employee experience to foster a culture that is proven to drive business, improve lives and better society.

To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing List, Great Place To Work reviewed our culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from our employees. They then used these data insights to benchmark our company’s employee value proposition against the culture our employees experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK says: “Wellbeing, engagement, and trust between employees are critical ingredients to successful workplace culture. Now in our third year of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list, we’re able to showcase the leading UK organisations providing environments conducive to outstanding psychological, physical, financial and social wellbeing. It’s no secret that by ensuring employees feel genuinely trusted and cared for, they are much healthier, productive and committed to the mission and purpose of the organisation. Congratulations to BTTC for making this prestigious list!”

This recognition adds to BTTC other recent award wins, including the ‘Best Workplace for Women’ award, the ‘Investors in People’ award, and the ‘Great Place To Work’ award for the second year running.

As a company that prioritises its people, we are proud of this achievement and look forward to using the valuable insights Great Place To Work has provided us with to continue to build upon our culture and employee satisfaction.
